I just had to give a rave review for Sarah at the Kirklands Spring Hill location!. It’s a little late but I met Sarah last Christmas when I walked in a year ago (just moved here) and I didn’t have any Christmas declarations. As soon as I walked in Sarah came over and greeted me with a big smile and asked if I needed any help!? I said yes, I need to decorate for Christmas! It seemed overwhelming to me. She gave me a tour of the store and we started to pick out exactly what I needed. $700.00 later I had my perfect decorations. Sarah made it so much fun choosing every little thing and was so knowledgeable . I couldn’t resist all the pieces she picked out! By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a very complicated order and no one has been able to help me and when they have tried they have been so rude and annoyed. The store manager JJ was no where to be found and the assistant manager Joy was of no help and ignored me while telling a brand new employee what to do for me. I always have sensory overload issues when I walk in! So many things I would love to buy. I have been purchasing one centerpiece per season. I get a lot of compliments on the Christmas one i have used now for 3 years. My only warning is: know that the glass cylinders that come with the centerpieces for the candles can NOT be replaced. The store would do well to offer those cylinders separately for those of us who might accidentally chip, crack or...
