GameStop — Local services in Spring Valley

Ok first I want to dispell a few moronic comments here: first-hand we all have bad days if you don't then pull your head from your ass, we can't all be marry Poppins. Second- if an attendee doesn't greet you, it's likely that it's a tranee or a costumer. Third- GameStop online purchases go through to a warehouse, bad idea. Fourth- if I asked some random dude on the sidewalk "what dlc does fire emblem Awakening have?" High chances are, they won't have a damn clue. How about research a game before going to buy it?

I've never EVER had a problem with this gamestop, aside from some staff confusing a rule about controllers. They greet me if I don't as I walk in. They've even looked up videos for me to better understand some sales pitches. They offer deals and offer to look into other stores if they themselves don't have what I seek.

I made a purchase from Gamestop online for a headset (Turtle Beach Stealth 700) and I overlooked one of the details and purchased the wrong one. I took the headset to the store since they offer in store returns and exchanges. The guys at the store were incredibly helpful and assisted me to exchange my headset for a different one with zero issues.

I was also amazed at the sheer amount of PC parts and accessories that they have. I don't recall seeing PC parts before and I have been shopping at Gamestop since I was a teenager. I can't wait to build my next PC from them!

Spoke to Mario last night. I am from a local Motorcycle ministry and we adopted a family for christmas. There are 4 girls from 5-12 and they asked for a PS4. Not having an open budget We still want to try and provide a Great Christmas for them. Mario was able to give us a great deal that was reasonable to provide for these girls for Christmas. I do not buy any games But my kids do and when I make my next purchase I will go and see Mario.
