I was trying to buy a suit for a wedding about a month off. The first suit I ordered was cancelled by saks about a week after because even though it was available online it wasn’t actually in stock. I figured I’d give it another chance. Ordered another suit and this one did get delivered however when I put it on to have it altered we figured out that while the jacket and pants were the correct size, the vest was actually 4 sizes bigger than the rest of the “set” that I ordered. When I reached out to Saks about this issue they said my only option was to keep it all, or send it all back. There was no way they could return or exchange their mistake without the whole “set”. Even though I am quite sure I don’t have enough time to send this suit back, get a new one and then have it altered before the wedding, I entertained their idea. When I asked what reparations could be made for all this inconvenience, they told me that they could help me find something similar and that they would match the same 5% off discount that I got with the mistake suit and expedite any shipping needed. I got sent to a manager and still they could do nothing. This store has no accountability, online or in the facility obviously and don’t care to try and fix their own mistakes even when they’re recurring for basically the same purchase. Read moreThis is like a rejects, rejected clothes. You come here and find many ONE good item but the effort it takes to find something half decent makes it not worth the time. I've been like 5 times and always felt like I was looking at the same garbage. Judging by how the same junk is there every time I go, it would suggest other people feel the same way. It's one of those stores where you struggle to find stuff but are pulling a few things off the rack going, maybe.... maybe this is a good purchase. When you get to the checkout line though you ditch most of the stuff because you realize how you're making horrible impulse decisions on bad clothes. Also, I don't know what's going on with your upstairs section but what a waste of time THAT is. It's as if a blind man was hired to go around placing the size markers on top of the racks. Read moreI had an unfortunate situation happen where after just about a month from purchasing a pair of pretty expensive sandals from this store, they broke. I went to this store to ask for a receipt (I din't keep the receipt, not expecting that something like this would happen) however due to a really old and outdated system, there apparently wasn't any way to retrieve it with the date of purchase and my credit card. The experience overall was frustrating, however I wanted to give this a 4-star review solely because of some amazing customer service. I want to thank Tanya, Dawn, and Audrey for spending nearly an hour helping me to find the UPC of the sandal so they could give me a store credit. I really appreciated the effort they made.
