I love the Sulphur GameStop! Their great employees make the experience awesome every time! Very helpful and very knowledgeable. From all of my great experiences there, I have started to go to their store after work consistently through the week just to say hello and I’ll end up being there for hours. They’ve basically become my friends. Since they’re a smaller store, they don’t replace their product or add new products as much as I would like. Like Funko Pops/Pins and Fig Pins. It would definitely be 10/10 if they would stock up on those and other collectibles. Same with Nintendo Switch games. They definitely need a larger variety of Switch games. They always have the new and the big name games in stock of course, but it would be nice if they stocked up on more titles (even if it’s only a few copies of each game just for a better variety.) As many games as GameStop sells on their online store, we should definitely be able to get a bunch of those games in store on the shelves. One bad thing that I’ll say I dislike (This isn’t Sulphur GameStop specific. This is every GameStop.). I would like it if they would stop completely putting stickers on their products. Like with the Funko Pops/Pins, etc. When you put the stickers on the product, they’re very hard to get off without damaging the product. I’ve found a good way to get them off is to heat them up with a blow dryer/space heater and they’ll usually come off fairly easy. However, it still leaves the glue residue and small scratches/indentions on the product. It’s also really annoying to have to take off. I’ve seen at a few other GameStops that they’ll keep the sticker plate on the sticker and only stick the corner of the sticker on the product which is fantastic! The sticker easily comes off and there is ZERO damage to the product. Anyways, those were mostly just logistic and product care recommendations I had. So back to the Sulphur GameStop review. Again, the whole staff is phenomenal and I see their kindness/professionalism with EVERY person who comes in to the store. It’s a very kid friendly store. Rachel will talk literally anything with anyone who walks through their door and is definitely a customer favorite employee. Overall, I give them a 10/10 and definitely recommend everyone to use this location for their GameStop needs. You won’t regret it and will always have a friendly staff to help you order what you need online if it’s not in store! Thank you Sulphur GameStop! Keep...
Read moreI don't know who the manager is for this store, but your staff is rude and unprofessional. I would rather drive out of my way and go to the next nearest Game Stop then to ever go to this one again. I wanted to preorder GTAV for PS4 and the guy behind the counter says its the same exact game as PS3. Actually its not the same game, obviously he has no idea what he was talking about and to make a comment like that was not appropriate. i did not ask his opinion. I called today to see if they have any PS4 in stocks, the same guy said he only had one and it was a bundle with the Destiny game and it was $450.00. Then i asked if they still had the deal going on with trading in PS3 console and you get the $125 store credit. He said he had no idea. Instead of looking it up he just blew me off. I'm looking to spend $500 on a console and he just blew me off and didn't act like he cared. So i called the next nearest Game Stop and they have plenty of PS4's and told me the trade in credit for PS3 was still availble. Game Stop in Sulphur horrible...
Read moreThe clerk was really helpful and tried his best to promote relevant products and services. I was slightly disappointed with the variety of products at this particular store. Out of about 10 PS5 head sets, for instance, all were black. Also, used games were quite expensive. That said, I still prefer to support the company and appreciate the quality of...
