Looking for a ps3 on blackfriday my store was sold out of the ones I wanted so I start calling around and this store has one by the time I got to Toledo to get it ( and I headed that way right away from Michigan ) they had sold the last two knowing I was on my way when I got there 40 minutes later the gentlemen asks me as I walk in the door can I help you find anything I tell him I called about a ps3 I'm the one form Michigan he tells me he has bad news they sold but I'll get you taken care of and sells me a bigger one for the same price as the the one I was after. Went to buy some Xbox games and tried to strike a conversation with the guy working, it was just him and I in the store and he was very rude. I’ve been to this place once before and interacted with the same associate (Brian) and he was very rude to me then as well, I didn’t appreciate his snide remarks at all. He decided to ID for an M rated game (I’m 23 and rarely get ID’d for anything anymore) and had yet another snide remark when I asked him why he ID’d me. This is a pretty decent location for the most part. Not sure of the managers name but he's a pretty good guy and so is the one girl. The assistant manager I think he is, however is something else. He doesn't try to help you when you come in, instead he stares at his phone and acts like you're not even there. He is very unfriendly and doesn't smile at all. If you ask him a question, he just has this condescending attitude and look on his face, like leave me alone I don't wanna help nobody.
