Worst experience ever! I preorder my star wars fallen order in May and the game was released on 11/15 by the 17th I decided to check on it cause never got a phone call but got an email saying if I returned my preorder then I can get up to soo much for my trade-in. Called customer service which is the worst help as they told me my order was canceled and I got this email in error. Going to the store they see my order and it was canceled unsure why but never a refund done. Cameron help me and we called customer service and got a refund which I didn't want so we place a new order. I would think for my inconvenience they would overnight ship it but this was done on the 19th. Here we are on the 25th and still no game. Called the store they don't see a delivery date. Call customer service just to go over everything again to when the rep John thought I wanted a refund. No! I just want the gane. He couldn't help then the supervisor Shannon who didn't even hear me out before she explain what she got going for me but that's not helping me. I came up with a suggestion that would satisfy me which is like me have 1 of the game from the store and I will just give them the game I get from my preorder which is not a steel book case so figured it be no problem. No that something a supervisor from customer service can not do. I had this happen before so I called the store since they are the only 1 that can approve this and I have to wait till Wednesday the 27th to see if the store will allow this cause the rep at the store won't call their manager for this. Really encouraging everybody to have other game stores to go to cause ordering online through gamestop was something even the store recommend not doing online or using the app causevtgat faulty also. The die shrink and also customized Tegra chip instead of an off the shelf one will allow the battery to have nearly twice the battery life up to 9 hours from 6.5, of course it varies depending on how much the game utiluzes the hardware but you'll always get better battery life than the model that its replacing, it costs the same, if your getting a bintendo switch wait till after mid august and look for the box that is the one I have included a pic of, their will be two boxes one for each of the joycon colors which are the same as the current model, im hoping they are also going to fix the joysticks, that hasnt been said but im guessing they will. Both the two different joycon colors you can get will look identical to this only showing the respective joycon colors or color you are getting. Mainly just look for an all red box. Price is still 299.99 and your getting a significant battery life upgrade and also a console longevity update because it will run soo much cooler it will not warp in the dock or abything, it has a whole redesigned motherboard, only differences are internal but up to 9 hours of handheld play vs the current max of 6.5 is a major user upgrade worth waiting half a month for. My little brother was unsure if an Xbox game he found would fall within the deal so he wanted to ask before he picked another one out. He approached an employee at the desk to ask his question. While he got the answer, it came with a rude attitude from the employee. He was very condescending towards him and quickly dismissed him. He proceeded to ignore my brother when he went back to the desk to pay. Thankfully there was another employee to ring him up since the one employee was not going to be helpful. This will be the last time we will go here.
