I recently ordered a pair of children's snow boots online and was sent the wrong size. I took them in to the store to exchange. It was super simple, they exchanged with no problem. The staff was very helpful, at least 3 different associates asked if i needed help finding anything. I was looking in the footwear section when one employee asked if i needed help, I told her what I was looking for. She informed that kids boots were actually kept in the kids department and not in the shoe department then walked me over there and helped me find the exact boot I was looking for. Great...

Went here looking for a bike and walked out with a bike! It was still in the box so they put it together for us which was really nice. We had to kill some time, around 45 minutes to an hour, but our bike was ready to go! It wasn't too expensive either considering how expensive they are right now. I would definitely recommend going there if you are looking for a bike.
