Was greeted by sweet ladies at the front desk, but unfortunately they do not have the correct setup for a prenatal massage. It was super uncomfortable, I suggested the right type of pillow but was just told they don’t have that there. I have hip pain due to sleeping on my side so much b/c of the pregnancy & the hard massage table and small pillow between my legs made it even worse. Hot stones and hot towels were way too hot to be putting on pregnant people. The massage felt like it was being done by someone who has never gone through training before, so unfortunately it was just wasted money. My husband was sweet enough to book this for me as a Christmas gift but he didn’t know what to look for, with this being said this place is not the correct place for prenatal massages. Bait and switch. This business posted a Groupon for $250 worth of services, which I purchased as a gift. When the gift recipient called to schedule an appointment she was told that the Groupon was "only for couples massage". She double checked, then I double checked and "250 worth of spa services" is what was paid for, and what was posted. I called and spoke to the supposed owner, who was extremely nasty, dishonest, and unprofessional. They're obviously engaging in purposeful fraudulent business practices and advertising one thing, but offering another when the gift recipient calls to schedule an appointment. Since I called the business owner out on the game she was playing, the Groupon voucher has been changed to state "Couples Massage". Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Lina was extremely helpful and accommodating setting up our couples massage and facial. The massage room was decorated perfectly, with a complimentary bottle of wine, chocolates, balloons, and all sorts of other valentines day decorations. The massage and facial was exceptional. They used multiple massaging techniques including hot stones and wood therapy. They also used many different solutions and techniques for the facial as well.
