No wonder GameStop is going out of business. I came in real quick because I didn't want to wait for a power cable for a switch. I just bought the power cable but remember to and then asked the woman what the return policy was because the switch I got was either damaged or it was the power cable.
She told me " I think 7 day" I asked her to tell me what the policy was and not "what she thinks" the policy is and she said she doesn't know. She then goes to pull the thing on the counter with the policies in it, and she tells me there's nothing in it about returns on power cables.
I then ask her to find out what the return policy was because I didn't want to be out $30 for a cable I might not be able to use. She clearly has attitude while she pulls out the phone and calls another game stop. She's gets off the phone and then tells me that once I buy it, it's non refundable!
What the actual F! I immediately made her return my money since I didn't walk out the door and she did so with again the same attitude she had from the start.
First of all, if your having a bad day, which she told the customer in front of me she was, then take your stupid attitude and anger out on me, and then have the guts to tell me if I buy a $30 cable it's non refundable. You can go bankrupt and shove the cable where the sun don't shine!
GameStop used to be great. Now it's a husk of corporate greed and employees with bad attitudes!
If you took the time to read all that, sorry for the long review. She really pissed me off. Don't bother wasting your time coming here! Amazon, Target or WalMart have return policies and slightly better employees with...

Read moreQuite frankly I donât understand how GameStop is still around. I really donât. Donât get me wrong itâs nice to speak to someone about games who has knowledge about games hell in my many years of going to GameStop I have never had a bad interaction with staff there. Itâs always great but once again I donât get it. In regards to this particular location the staff is great. I think the selection of games and the availability of those games could be better. Hopefully they stick around but with the advancement of digital only consoles and the ease of buying physical games online through Amazon, Wal-Mart and others I...
