The entire process of browsing to purchasing to delivery was flawless. Right when I walked into the door at Acker Appliance they helped me figure out what met my needs. I was able to look at my options, purchase the product and set up delivery before I left.

Between the time of purchase and delivery, they sent text notifications and called letting me know the estimated time of when the technicians would show up for the scheduled day. The day of delivery I got a call and a text message 15 minutes prior to their arrival. When they arrived they were very professional and polite. They came in unhooked my previous washer, took it to their truck allowed me to clean up the dirt and dust that accumulated under my old washer before they put in my new washer, which I really appreciated. They installed the new washer and showed me that it was working and asked if I had any questions about the washer before they left.

You know, in today’s social indifference to each other, how refreshing to experience people as professional, courteous and friendly as the Acker staff. Holly, our sales rep, was attentive without pressuring, patiently answering our questions while we pondered over their stock items. We purchased a washer/dryer on Thursday. It was delivered today - Friday. Amazing. The delivery team was among the most polite and engaging I’ve experienced. Justin in particular is an excellent representative of Acker in that he came up to me upon arrival and introduced himself with a big smile. Installation was thorough with lots of attention to every detail. Justin even asked us if it would be more convenient to us to have him reverse the dryer’s door swing. He happily did so though he certainly could have simply said nothing to us. All in all, our experience with Acker was a 20+ on a 1-10 scale. Thanks, everyone....

Acker appliance has been our go to appliance dealer for the last ten years. They are very helpful and knowledgeable along with great people skills. We have been happy with everything we’ve purchased from Acker and their installation crews are top notch. The most recent install was a very tight and difficult stacked washed and dryer. Mitch and Tyler both were very personable and professional during the process of getting everything delivered and hooked up. I’m not one who is easily impressed and I was impressed.
