The entitlement here is ridiculous, management will assign 1 person to the register and the make a show about how important it is to count the bubble gum while the 1 attendant is overwhelmed by people waiting. Half of the work generated here is from people putting their suff down out of place while they walk for the door. The diesel pumps never have paper for receipts, I am told on a daily basis that they just broke which is a lie they haven't worked since the first year they opened. Read moreOmg, what a great Cefco store! Cleanest and most organized one in Tyler. Bathroom was clean and fully stocked, great drink selection, and food options. I wish I knew his name but the man with the long hair outside in the parking lot is a fantastic ambassador for the chain. Very friendly, helpful, and even thanked us on the way out for stopping by and even invited us to please come back and see them anytime. Who does that these days? Very refreshing to see that real genuine customer service is not dead yet. He even held the door for me and my elderly mother!

I was surprised by the fact that CEFCO offers chicken burrito bowls half the price of Chipotle but even more blown away by how nice the kitchen manager, Jason was. I apparently messed up the order by clicking everything that I wanted removed lol but he was kind enough to make the bowl exactly how I wanted it. Better service than any chipotle I’ve ever been to, plus half the price. 10/10...
