GameStop — Local services in Warminster Township

This gamestop is closest to me. Two years ago I would have given them five stars but, Im rough on my controller on the Xbox. When I got my Xbox I went through that controller fast. So, When I originally went to get a new controller the guy behind the desk told me getting one used would be better! So, everyone I bought up until this year was great no issues. My friend told me about the joy stick finger pads and the guards. That made a huge difference in my last controller. Anywho, my last controller had stick drift after three months. Not bad because I go through them monthly. So, my bf goes up there to get me another controller and it had stick drift. we had to go back and get another. Why I was up there I got two but, one of them wasn't for my Xbox. I got home and tried it out. Stick drift again I was annoyed pulled out the other and it wasnt the same controller. The guy working the store chooses not to work and avoids customers. 2 instances. First I was out front waiting for them to open. He walks by me, goes inside. Comes back out, looks the door and walks over to get lunch(right as they opened) and didn't have the decency to say 1 word to me. My next time there i was again waiting for them to open. He pulls up and goes inside(door is locked). I continue to wait and he puts up a sign that says (sorry I am out from 10-11). I continue to wait while he sits inside at the desk. Went there today, only to have the kid who I'm assuming they had as "manager" leaving for an hour to go on break. It was 2:45-3:45 pm... The store is only open for 7-8 hours each day as is, so what's the deal with that? Unacceptable for a corporate style store to do this. If anyone I know did that, they'd be fired within that hour. Insane. Don't waste your time, go to the Horsham Walmart if you want the true GameStop experience, let's be real here. Worst part, had a few hundred ready to be spent for the holidays coming up. GameStop has gone downhill, used to be a good place to buy games. Now it's not even a good place to buy...
