Apparently this company is a joke. Send out mystery boxes just to up the price of their discs I believe. It's amazing to me that you have to add it to the cart and check out within 1/100 of a second. it's something goes on sale have it in your cart and yet come to find it sold out. Please explain to me how to purchase a mystery box of you guys if you have less than one 100th of a second to add it to your car and to check out! Your IT department should be fired. However shipping to Canada gets a little expensive but they have done special arrangements in the past for big drops and work well with Canadian retailers on most other discs. Which brings me to the purpose of this review, on the last release of "Vault Discs" I had a unique and possibly problematic issue come up that Connor, on the customer service team, went above and beyond to sort out. Read more1 star for website experience. This is not a customer focused website, they have attempted to put a cart holding system in place that has failed to deliver. I am excited to see how much these limited run discs will be for sale on the second hand market and look forward to never having one. The management at discmania needs to seriously focus on delivering a customer experience where it matters most and not lead to frustrating experiences.
