Poor Customer Service Handling / Skills of NICOLE SARTORI! I came back to Saks yesterday afternoon with a query in regard to the status of the item I returned. We're all busy, I was frustrated I had to come back to the store needing enlightenment on the reversal of charges on my card paid through Klarna. Miss Sartori helped a staff to handled my concern. But the overall interaction with her was very derogatory. Her condescending manner and very rude tone of speaking, even dismissive after telling me there is nothing the store could do even if I've to call Corporate - I was totally taken aback by how she handled the issue. Granting it was the case, I am a customer. Regardless of how my need for explanation is seen as impertinent by her, nonetheless, she has no right to speak in a discourteous, ill-manner, even making a sarcastic remark to me about the line of 4 customers waiting like I'm someone who's not capable of understanding. I'm a customer myself and obviously, she wasn't coming across as helpful. It was a very uncomfortable and humiliating experience in the store. For the nth time that I would visit or buy from the store, it was my first to be handled that poorly. Her attitude was appalling for somebody that holds a front of house position, worse, as the Director of the location who should be setting exemplary leadership to the staff - Customer Service wise. Her attitude of arrogance needs checking. The store may be raking in sales which I don't think was because of her leadership but the brand itself - I don't want to think her retail background has got into her head that she forgot the basics of customer service, not to mention, humility as leader - she thinks she could just misbehave and get away with it. I don't think this is how the company wants their store to be represented by their employees at all - Arlene...
Read moreI just had the worst experience with one of the employees. First she was ignoring me and not helping me then she refused to get me a price on a pair of golden goose shoes and wouldn’t let me try them on. I had to purchase them before I could have them both on. It took 30 minutes to get the price as I was waiting. But it get worse she tells me they were 600 and we’re not on sale even though I found them in the clearance section. I said I wasn’t interested and Keisha started to laugh at me and said “ you know people spend money like this all the time” continued to laugh and make fun of me. As I’m standing there with a 6,000 dollar Prada bag. I was going to make the purchase on the shoes and a pair of glasses but I couldn’t get here to help me with anything other than making fun of me. She was so rude and unprofessional I hope the manger can make sure this never happens to any one else. Also her coworkers seem miserable having to work with her. I never leave bad reviews but this was...
Read morei love this store because I find that it's very unique in a sense that especially in West Hartford or the Hartford area you can find something that's very different in this store in a good value and quality. The men's department is not as large as the woman's department but it's very adequate and you really can find a good value if you just keep going around and looking for something I have bought several items there that I've never been able to find at any other store and anytime that I have worn these articles of clothing people have always commented on good quality and value and how nice they looked on me so I would so I would suggest if you're in the area and you have time definitely stop at the store I mean of course I'm talking from a man's perspective but I've always seen a lot of women in there and they always seem to be very happy about...
