Macy's Backstage — Local services in West Orange

Love coming on my lunch break to look around. Only gave three stars because of one horrible experience. my cc would not ring up and the person who was helping was new so another person had to help me at the register. The woman who was now helping me was extremely rude so I asked to speak to the manager. when the assistant manager came to help she was so nasty. I wasn’t even aloud to speak the girl from the register who took over was like she complaining over a penny and that’s not even why I was upset. I was upset because it took over 15 mins to fix whatever the issue was and she was nasty. This spot is very well organized, but they don't have much. The only reason why I found out about this location was because it showed up as the nearest store pick-up. There are plenty of parking spaces, and Macy's is connected to Burlington. I waited at the pick-up section (empty) for 10 mins before someone was available and assisted me, but the process only took seconds. Now, the item I purchased was delivered to the store 100% sealed, but when I opened the shoe box, they were damaged. I asked them if they ever inspected packages before releasing them to the customer, and they aren't allowed to (as per the young lady). You can always find something good that you wouldn't expect in here for cheap. Usually I walk in expecting not to buy anything but I usually always do. Some of the stuff in here isn't great quality though and make sure you try on the clothes you plan on buying before you leave because the clothes can sometimes run small but you may never know until you've already paid for the items.
