This all started off as good but Little over a month (Just outside of the stores “30 day back warranty”) The battery on my Recently purchased IPhone XR started to show signs of stress that a new or genuine apple product battery would not be experiencing. I returned to the store to see if anything could be done for the current situation being that it was still a fairly new item that I have taken very good care of since purchasing it. I was almost instantly given a hard time about the Phone. At the same time another person is in the store having a issue with there Brand new phone screen not turning on. Long story short this place is not somewhere I would recommend spending your hard earned money. They say they get the phones Straight from Apple. Which is a lie, they refurbish these use phones and sell them way more than it’s worth. I will never buy , or recommend this place to anybody looking for a good quality product. Rude unprofessional staff with no customer service skills or Sense of business knowledge. You can see the cause of the issue in the photos I have posted. And as you all can see the staff is very temperamental and can not stand to see a informed consumer calling them out on the shadey tactics they use to...

My boyfriend purchased me a phone from here unknowingly with an Indian motherboard, I don't leave my house too often but when I did and tried to use the GPS it wouldn't work. Sadly I didn't find this out until 9 days past the 30 day return policy. So I figured I'd at least send it to OnePlus to get the GPS repaired which is when and how I found out about the motherboard. So my boyfriend contacted the shop owner who said 'we would honor but not after the device was opened up by a third party'. We would never have purchased the phone if we would have known in the first place. They wasted our time, money, and gas. Make sure you ask if your phones have a motherboard from the US because otherwise this place isn't willing to compromise. Buyers beware!

My step dad bought me an LG Stylo 6 refurbished. The phone arrived yesterday. I took it into my carrier to have my sim and service transferred over from my old phone, to find out that the new phone wasn’t reading the SIM card at all. That’s when the customer service lady noticed that the new phone was bent and doesn’t lay completely flat. The bend has affected the sim detector. When I opened the package after receiving it yesterday, it said that the phone is fully functional. But indeed it is not. So we’re having to send it back and get a refund, no idea how long that will take, what I do know is that I am truly bummed about it.
