Hibbett — Local services in Winfield

On Saturday afternoon around about 2:30pm me and my fiance was in this hibbetts in Winfield Alabama, my fiance had tried on a few sandals that she wanted but the whole time we were there the employees never asked us if we needed help, didn't try to assist me and my fiance in any type of way, the sandals my fiance was already on the desk because I told them I was going to purchase them but I'm still shopping so I had asked about the bigo sale sign that was by the hats and ask if all of them was 50percent off, none of the employees in the store did t know what hats was on sale and which ones was not, they had an attitude and acted as if they was scared to service black people, then if that was enough, when I asked again about the bogo sign that was by the hats, the red head girl which was an employee right in front of me comes and takes the bogo sign down as I'm asking about the hats so I asked her if the sale over with, she just looked at me and walked off .So when I seen they didn't want to service me and my fiance and they didn't know anything about the sales in the store and when the employee took that sign down in front of me as I was asking and wanting to purchase the hat, I told my fiance let's go and that they could put those sandals back because it was very disrespectful that you can't answer any questions that I'm asking about the sales, then we had nobody assisting us for what we was looking for..Those workers need...

Store was good, and staff was nice. But who in the world is controlling the music played? 3 songs in a row that played, while me and my kids were there, was Completely inappropriate. Yes they beeped out the vulgar words, but it is obvious what they are saying and taking about. I left without buying what I came for and just ordered it on Amazon. Since this happened I’ve talked to two other people who said they had the exact same experience. Seriously Hibbits? Strip club music doesn’t...

I have been trying to find these specific hokas that have been sold out and Spencer the manager looked online for them and only one store in the US had them. He called and held them for me and had them shipped to the store just in time for my vacation. I will definitely be back next time...
