I recently went in to trade a game for a gift card. While I was going through this process, I explained to the manager, Chad, that I was doing this to purchase an item that was currently available online. I asked if they had anything similar in store but when I did he said “just these but they’re mine” I asked if I could use my points and monthly reward with the trade/card purchase and he said “no” but I could use the points and reward during my purchase online no problem. Well, I went to do so but the online rewards I got with my points wouldn’t work. So I went back to ask him for help but he was rude and told me that he doesn’t buy stuff online and can’t help. It was obvious that he just wanted to get me out of the store as fast as possible. Then when I asked to return the card and get my game back, he said he couldn’t because I already signed it away to them five minutes earlier. Very cool! No one on the customer service line is available either and the app keeps crashing. Great work GameStop! Keep hitting...

Bought the warranty on the camo headset because employee said it would cover anything if it stopped working and the Jack's tip broke off we brought it back and they said that they have an updated warranty which wouldn't cover the headset because of damage. I wouldn't have purchased said warranty if I was told this, employee was carefree trying to joke. Even tried to describe the new employee as the one that sold me warranty even though it was purchased in January and employee was only a few days in. Unfortunately unprofessionalism is something that is expected here but lying to possibly hit your warranty goals is not and is unacceptable. Do not buy extra warranty here as it will...

Just picked up the New Call of Duty awesome preorder experience. I like the staff they are always friendly and well knowledgeable. I think if they had a shelf with solely games under $10 it would make it easier to take advantage of deals, especially the buy 4 games under $5 for $10. When you have to search for the deal it's no fun and then I just don't spend my money. Make it easier to find discounted games and stop the low ball offer on trade ins and this store and every other would be the holy grail of...
