OK Mabelreign — Local services in Harare

The outlook isn't too great, a revamp is needed BUT the best customer service I've experienced in years. Was unfortunate to have money deducted twice whilst making a payment transfer (as is quite common these days when using a certain platform) but the staff&manager's response was impressive. I still had to wait 4hours @home for the people @the 'platform' but OK Malbereign went all out apologising, calling, &even calling again the next day after i had gotten my money back. The customer really IS king...

A convenient shop with fair prices on basics product needs. Staff is pleasant but problems with change on USD purchases. I believe it's the current lack of small denominations affecting businesses.

A solution would be to introduce printed Credit Notes or security printed tokens to ease off the problem of change. The Credit Notes and Tokens should be usable in other Ok Shops across the country.
