Palette Tea Lounge Recommendation Level: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 📍 Address: 4601 Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89103 🕚 Hours: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM This new dim sum spot from Koi Palace in Las Vegas boasts the most upscale decor and best-presented dishes among Vegas locals! 🏮💫 But let me get this off my chest first—whether in the Bay Area or Vegas, this place has one consistent issue: they often mess up orders! 😅 ❤️ Shiitake & Pork Siu Mai • Good balance of mushroom and pork. The shiitake aroma stands out, and no unpleasant pork taste! 🍄🐖 ❤️ Har Gow (Shrimp Dumplings) • The wrapper was super disappointing—it fell apart as soon as I picked it up! 🥟💔 But the shrimp filling was a pleasant surprise—one of the most generous in Vegas! ❤️ Portuguese Egg Tarts • Growing up, I often went to Macau for authentic egg tarts, so I was thrilled to see them on the menu! Sadly, the crust wasn’t flaky enough, and the custard wasn’t as tender as hoped. 🥚😔 I also tried: • Durian Puff 🍃 • Beef Chow Fun 🐄🍜 • Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll 🦐📏 • Phoenix Claws (Chicken Feet) 🐓👣 • Chicken Potstickers 🥟 These were all decent but nothing extraordinary. Final Thoughts Great ambiance and service, but the food still has room for improvement.
