I went there on a weekday at noon, 🌸🌺🌿🍃 and there were already five or six people in front of me, with a steady stream of customers from various countries～ The barista was very warm and asked about my flavor preferences and spoke English! 🌸🌺🌿🍃 So even if you don't speak Japanese, you're good to go with English. I personally think Mel is quite good; the hot latte I ordered was standard but well-made, 🌸🌺🌿🍃 I'd give it an 85.
