This is hands down one of the most creative dining experiences I’ve ever had! Focused on molecular gastronomy, many dishes looked nothing like what they tasted — in the best way possible. Some favorites: Meringue Truffle Strawberry Sandwich — who knew truffle could work so well in something sweet? Tomahawk Steak — looked simple compared to other dishes, but was incredibly flavorful and tender. Peanut Butter Dumpling with Cotton Candy — watching the chefs pull that huge cloud of cotton candy was pure magic! Liquid Nitrogen Sangria — frozen into tiny “dipping dots” and served in half a wine bottle — so refreshing and theatrical!
