NYC Restaurant Week at Indochine - Full Review😋
Verdict first: Highly recommended, would definitely return! Cuisine: French-Vietnamese fusion🍜 Vibe: Perfect for dates, business dinners, or family gatherings Deal: $60 Restaurant Week dinner menu × 2 🎉 Starters - Summer Roll & Short Ribs Both were delicious! The summer roll came with a unique peanut dipping sauce that was addictive. The short ribs? Pure umami bomb - rich, tender, and full of flavor. Mains - Soft Shell Crab & Pork Collar🍜 The soft shell crab was the star - crispy, flavorful, and something you don't see everywhere. The pork collar was perfectly executed, though let's be real - you can get great pork collar at Hong Kong dai pai dongs too. Desserts - Lemon Tart & Flan The flan was creamy perfection (and I'm picky about flan!). The lemon tart surprised me with how good it was, though both desserts leaned very sweet (typical French-Vietnamese style). Final Thoughts: 100% worth trying during Restaurant Week!🎉 P.S. My Asian tastebuds will always prefer restaurants with Asian influences - this hit the spot! 😋 #NYCRestaurantWeek #NYCEats #NYCFoodie #IndochineNYC #NoMadEats #FrenchVietnamese #FoodDiaries
