πΆββοΈποΈ Strolling Through Tokyo! ππΌ
This post will highlight some of my favorite shopping streets that I believe shopaholics, city walkers, and street photography enthusiasts will absolutely love! π¨ππΌ βοΈ Yanaka Ginza Shopping Street Known for its sunset staircase π and as a filming location for Jay Chou's "Won't Cry," this area is also famous for its cat π culture. The large sign of Yanaka Ginza makes it my favorite shopping street. Specialties: Croquettes, sunset staircase, various cat-related items π βοΈ Ueno Ameyoko Shopping Street First-time visitors to Tokyo will likely not miss Ueno Park, and the nearby Ameyoko is also worth a visit. Although it's often crowded due to its location, Ameyoko, with its many food stalls and distinctive signs, is still a must-visit. Specialties: Food street, train station shots π, large signs βοΈ Sugamo Shopping Street Known as the "Harajuku for," this shopping street may not be crowded with tourists, but it's still very enjoyable to stroll through. It's filled with Showa-era charm, and many locals frequent this area. I particularly recommend a shop called Tokiwa Shokudo, where the fried foods π€ are to my liking. Specialties: Red underwear stores, delicious food π€, and a view of one of Tokyo's only two tram lines, the Toden Arakawa Line π #TokyoGuide #TokyoShoppingStreets #TokyoTravelGuide #YanakaGinza #NakamiseShoppingStreet
