【A Few New York Public Libraries】
🎢🍃The New York Public Library (NYPL) system is spread all over the island. Here are a few libraries I've visited. 📖New York Public Library - Stephen A. Schwarzman Building The oldest NYPL library, located within Bryant Park. The architectural design is definitely worth a visit. Personally, I think this library is more of a pilgrimage site — it's probably the least suitable for studying: 🎢🍃The lighting isn't great, and the seats aren't very comfortable. The restrooms are quite dirty. 476 5th Ave 📖Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library Directly opposite the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, this is a modern library with 7 floors. Choosing which floor to study on feels a bit like being in a royal selection. The rooftop on the top floor is quite popular, probably because everyone loves to bask in the sun. This library is great for studying: 🎢🍃 The lighting is excellent, the seats are comfortable, and there are plenty of them. The internet speed is fast. The facilities are comprehensive. 455 5th Ave 📖53rd Street Library I absolutely love the 53rd Street branch! This library has 3 floors. The grand staircase leading from the Street Level down to the Central Level is also available for reading. 🎢🍃 The Central Level even has "private booth" tables. The Lower Level is only for teens with reservations. 18 W 53rd St #NewYorkLife #NewYorkDaily 🌆🌟
