【Las Vegas】New Store: MALA TOWN

Recommendation Rating: 🌟 📍 Address: 5960 Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89146 🕚 Hours: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM Compared to the other two mala tang spots in Vegas, this place offers more variety — including vegetarian tomato broth and fish maw chicken soup, which the others don’t have. I tried the signature beef bone broth and the fish maw chicken soup. The chicken soup was… disappointing — way too bland, like water with a sprinkle of MSG. The beef bone broth was just okay, but ingredients like the winter melon and seaweed were undercooked and hard. Even my friend, who usually isn’t picky about food, thought it wasn’t good. And there’s basically no service here! You walk in, pick your own ingredients, choose your broth, pay right away, then find your own seat. Staff won’t even bring you water — you have to get it yourself. The only “service” is when they bring your bowl to the table.
