【New York Food】Class on 38th 🍜 Good vibe, decent taste, no landmines!

I decided to check out Class on 38th on a weekend, and to my surprise, it was pretty yummy. 🌊Maybe I've been let down too many times by similar trendy spots, so my expectations were pretty low to begin with 😅 The appetizers, tea-steamed egg and grilled chicken skewers, were both solid. The chicken was tender, and the tea-steamed egg was super fresh~ The main course, pork belly porridge, was quite unique. It featured braised pork belly with a soft-boiled egg on top of the porridge. 🌊The braised pork belly was a bit greasy on its own, but when paired with the porridge and runny yolk, it was delicious. The eel and foie gras were just okay. The downside was that the foie gras had a strong duck flavor, so it was pretty average. Overall, it was a pretty good dining experience. The service was great, and there weren't too many people there for lunch. 🌊 It was a rare trendy-spot visit without any disappointments. 🥹 #NewYorkExplore 🎢🌟
