ใTop 10 Tokyo Ramen Shopsใ
Ramenya Shima, the Tiny Ramen Shop with Only 6 Seats ๐ Overwhelmingly Delicious ๐๐The epitome of high-quality and visually stunning ramen ๐ 8:45-14:00 (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) ๐ 3-41-12, Honcho, Shibuya City, Tokyo ๐๐(About a 5-minute walk from Exit A2 of Nishishinjuku 5-chome Station) Online reservation is a must and it's super challenging! The shop only has 6 counter seats. They only serve 60 people per day, divided into 10 time slots. ๐๐ Reservations for the next day start at 8:00 a.m. and are likely to be snapped up by around 10:30 a.m. If you arrive late, you might miss out on the limited dipping ramen. ๐๐ Only 60 bowls are sold every day. Before the shop opens at 10:00 a.m., a registration book will be hung out. After you register, you can just wait and go there around the estimated time to enjoy your meal. ๐๐ I don't recommend lining up on the street, haha. If you register around 11:00 a.m. for the last slot, you'll probably need to arrive at the shop around 2:00 p.m. By then, there won't be many choices left and the shop will be almost ready to close. Overall, the charcoal - grilled char siu is super, super fragrant. I love the soup base made with soy sauce the most, and the wontons are also great. ๐๐ It's still an excellent experience. ๐๐ #JapaneseRamen #TokyoRamen ๐๐
