They only serve 60 people per day, divided into 10 time slots. ๐Ÿœ๐ŸŒŸ Reservations for the next day start at 8:00 a.m. and are likely to be snapped up by around 10:30 a.m. If you arrive late, you might miss out on the limited dipping ramen. ๐Ÿœ๐ŸŒŸ Only 60 bowls are sold every day. Before the shop opens at 10:00 a.m., a registration book will be hung out. After you register, you can just wait and go there around the estimated time to enjoy your meal. ๐Ÿœ๐ŸŒŸ I don't recommend lining up on the street, haha. If you register around 11:00 a.m. for the last slot, you'll probably need to arrive at the shop around 2:00 p.m. By then, there won't be many choices left and the shop will be almost ready to close. Overall, the charcoal - grilled char siu is super, super fragrant.
