Everyone says this Michelin three-star spot requires advance booking — especially on weekends — so we secured our reservation weeks ahead. 📸 A note for photo-loving friends: No extra lighting or flash is allowed here, and the ambient lighting is very warm and dim. Good photos rely heavily on friend-assisted “stealth lighting 🍽️ The food is consistently refined, with a classic, old-school Michelin feel. We opted for the $525 tasting menu and lucked out with white truffle season — several main courses were truly stunning.
