Third Course: Chicken 🍗 The chicken was a bit dry and very ordinary. It felt like something I could easily make at home by just pan-frying it. Not worth ordering. Fourth Course: Beef 🍖 The beef was also VERY SALTY. It had no other flavors except saltiness. Maybe this is how New York French cuisine is, but it was just plain and unremarkable. The medium-rare doneness didn’t help much. The dessert was surprisingly very sweet and rich, though not terrible. The butterfly-shaped one was a pomelo mousse with a fluffy foam on top and a vanilla ice cream ball underneath 🍃. We spent a total of $280 for two people. The price was reasonable, but those two hours were really tough, constantly sipping water to deal with the saltiness.
