🍽️ A Cozy Western Bistro in Banff Town | Maple Leaf Grill & Lounge
Just got back from Banff – freezing but magical! ❄️ The town was dusted with snow, glowing under soft lights – perfect for a warm, hearty meal. Friends recommended Maple Leaf, and it did not disappoint! 📍 The Vibe 🏔️ Ski lodge ambiance with upstairs dining offering mountain + street views – ideal for snowy evenings! 🍽️ What We Ordered 🥩 Alberta Beef Tenderloin (Medium Well) Juicy, buttery-soft, paired with creamy mash – worth the splurge! 🍤 Maple Salmon & Prawns Perfectly seared salmon (crispy skin!) + plump prawns – must-order! 🦪 Fresh Oysters ($4.5 each, min. 6) Sweet and briny, but too small for oyster lovers 😅 🍝 Tomato Bolognese Pasta Generous portion, but sauce leaned too acidic for my taste. 🚫 Beef Carpaccio (Skip It!) Horseradish cream overpowered the dish – weird aftertaste. 🍔 Rhinestone Cowboy Burger Beef patty + melty cheese + crunchy pickles – solid, with crispy fries! 🍹 Passionfruit Juice Tropical and refreshing – great for non-drinkers! 💸 Damage Report $78 CAD per person (4 people) – pricey but expected for Banff. ⏰ When to Go Open for brunch, lunch & dinner – perfect après-ski or date night! #BanffEats #BanffFoodie #CanadianRockies
