Better late than never β sharing our anniversary dinner from last summer at this stunning fine-dining spot perched on a mountaintop in Boulder, just outside Denver! ποΈβ¨ The menu offers: $138 Four-Course Meal $195 Chefβs Tasting Menu We dined in summer, so the dishes were light and seasonal β but honestly, while everything was good, nothing truly stood out flavor-wise. Maybe we went with high expectations? π§ That said, since we were celebrating our anniversary, they showered us with extra desserts β and I mean A LOT π°π¨β¦ and I usually have a big sweet tooth, but even I felt a bit overwhelmed by the end! π But the service? Absolutely top-notch!
