🍽️ Gary Danko – A Festive & Flavorful Experience! 🎄

I’m so glad I booked a table for Christmas Eve – and it was my first time dining at this celebrated spot. From start to finish, the service was impeccable, setting the tone for a truly special evening. 📜 Flexible & Multi-Course Menus They offer a range of tasting menus – from 3 to 5 courses – and you can even customize all five as desserts if you wish! My partner and I went all-in with the 5-course menu, though looking back, 3 might have been just right. 👨‍🍳 Course-by-Course Impressions Amuse-Bouche: A delightful truffle soup – rich and aromatic. Bread: A yeast-style roll – simple but satisfying. Lobster Salad: Fresh and flavorful, a real highlight. Butternut Squash Soup: Unfortunately, a bit too thin for my taste. Branzino & Beef Tenderloin: Both beautifully cooked and full of flavor. Cheese Plate: Nice, but not memorable. Petit Fours: A sweet and classic way to end. 💡 Overall Thoughts While the food was generally good and the service exceptional, some dishes lacked creativity. The bread and butternut squash soup, in particular, fell short of expectations. #GaryDanko #FineDining #HolidayMeal #SanFranciscoEats #FoodReview
