🏛️ Hegel’s Former Residence

A half-day trip in Stuttgart. Surprisingly, Hegel’s former residence offers Chinese audio guides and exhibit descriptions 📖✨. The guestbook was also filled with heartfelt messages from Chinese fans of Hegel. On the third floor, we met a friendly German elderly lady who spoke fluent Chinese. She chatted warmly with us, asked where we were from and where we studied, and shared how excited she was to visit China one day. Before we left, she repeatedly said, “Blessings”—I think she meant to wish us well on our journey? 🥹🙏 After the visit, we were starving and rushed to find food. Initially, we chose an Arab restaurant, but as soon as I stepped in, a few Arab men stared at my chest (probably because I was wearing a tank top) and gave weird, uncomfortable smiles 😬. We left immediately and randomly picked a local German restaurant instead. Oh my god—it turned out to be the BEST meal we’ve had in the past two weeks! The service was excellent too. Boss Li even willingly left a 10% tip 💶😂. In the evening, Boss Li and I had a deep heart-to-heart conversation. Well, when two philosophy nerds get together, this is what happens: we deconstruct everything, then selectively reconstruct something meaningful 🧠💬. Probably not many couples can calmly discuss during their "honeymoon phase" topics like: the statistical inevitability of first loves ending and its philosophical implications, how a potential breakup might influence each other’s future lives, and even imagine a future without one another… 🤔💭 Maybe true connection lies in such peaceful and thoughtful companionship—calm like still water. #Stuttgart #StuttgartTravel #Hegel #PhilosophyLife #DeepTalks ✨
