Owned by the celebrated Chef Marcus Samuelsson, this restaurant beautifully blends Ethiopian and Swedish flavors into an unforgettable culinary journey. ๐ช๐น๐ธ๐ช Our meal was an absolute 10/10 from start to finish! Hereโs a taste of what we enjoyed: We started by sharing: Sea Urchin Mousse on Brioche Toast ๐๐ โ Rich, creamy, and elegantly presented. Artichoke & Brussels Sprouts ๐ฅฌ๐ โ Fresh, vibrant, and perfectly seasoned. For our main course, we dove into the Addis York: Doro Wot โ A traditional Ethiopian chicken stew, deeply spiced and aromatic. Injera โ Soft, spongy flatbread made from ancient grain teff, perfect for scooping. Ayib โ A mild Ethiopian cheese adding a lovely creamy touch. Crispy Fried Chicken ๐ โ Juicy inside, crunchy outside. Soft-Boiled Egg ๐ฅ โ Adding richness and texture to the dish. Dessert was the stunning Mar and Bunna Pudding: Yogurt Cream โ Light and tangy.
