Crispy on the outside, juicy inside, served with fried potato strips and flavorful mushrooms. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Bon Bon Chicken Chicken, gizzards, lotus root, potato, and wood ear mushroom in a savory chili broth. The blood curd (not sure if duck or pork) was especially flavorful.
