π½οΈ Las Vegas Eats | Zuma β A Stunning Japanese Fusion Experience! π£β¨
We visited Vegas over Thanksgiving when many restaurants were fully booked β but we managed to get a table at Zuma, and it turned out to be an amazing choice! This spot blends Japanese flavors with American twists, and they do it beautifully. From sashimi to dessert, almost every dish was a hit. π Address: Level 3, Boulevard Tower, 3708 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 πΈ Lychee Rose Cocktail My friend ordered this β a sweet, floral cocktail with strong lychee and rose notes. Low in alcohol, perfect for those who prefer a lighter drink πΈ π Yellowtail Sashimi So fresh and flavorful! The yellowtail was crisp and well-seasoned, with just the right amount of garlic slices. We almost ordered a second plate! π Scallop The scallop itself was good, but the seasoning was a bit too salty for our taste. Not our top pick. π Truffle Risotto A must-try! Made with five types of truffle β incredibly aromatic and rich. The server who mixed it for us said itβs his favorite dish at Zuma. We couldnβt stop at just one bowl! π Tuna Sashimi Melted in the mouth! The seasoning was on point, though I still preferred the yellowtail. π₯© Spicy Beef with Sesame & Soybean Cooked a perfect medium-rare with a sweet glaze (barely any spice). Absolutely delicious! π« Desserts Chocolate Lava Cake (not on the menu β serverβs pick!) Rich, smooth, and stamped with the Zuma logo. A bit heavy if youβre already full, but worth trying. Yuzu Dessert Light and refreshing! The server advised scooping all the way down for the full texture experience β and it did not disappoint! #ZumaLasVegas #JapaneseFusion #VegasFoodie #FineDining #ThanksgivingEats #HiddenGem
