šŸ“ DubuHaus 6 E 32nd St, New York, NY 10016 Located in Manhattan's K-Town šŸ“Œ Pro tip: Make reservations! Even at 12pm on weekends, this place was nearly full when we walked in! The space is spacious, upscale yet cozy - way bigger than your average K-town spot. Service was attentive and quick - our food arrived faster than expected! šŸ± Complimentary Banchan (Side Dishes) The zucchini and fernbrake were delicious šŸ˜‹ But the edamame pancake stole the show - so fragrant and unique! They also serve warm, unfiltered tofu that feels like a hug for your soul ā¤ļø 🄩 Yukhoe Bibimbap ($26) Korean-style beef tartare rice bowl The beef was incredibly fresh and bouncy - they give you SO much! We finished the rice but still had beef left šŸ˜‚ Comes with various veggies and you can choose between gochujang or soy sauce 🄣 Beef Soondubu ($19 lunch/$20 dinner) Spicy beef soft tofu stew with raw egg The tofu is unbelievably silky Generous portion of sweet bulgogi-marinated beef The broth is rich and authentic - perfect with rice! šŸš Nutritious Kettle Pot Rice ($7) Mixed grains with quinoa, ginkgo nuts, edamame and mushrooms Lightly seasoned with a delicate, comforting flavor šŸ¦ Complimentary Tofu Ice Cream The only meh part - lacked tofu flavor and was pretty bland šŸ’° Under $30pp (unless you order short ribs) For such an upscale-looking place, the prices are surprisingly reasonable!
