The space is spacious, upscale yet cozy - way bigger than your average K-town spot. Service was attentive and quick - our food arrived faster than expected! š± Complimentary Banchan (Side Dishes) The zucchini and fernbrake were delicious š But the edamame pancake stole the show - so fragrant and unique! They also serve warm, unfiltered tofu that feels like a hug for your soul ā¤ļø š„© Yukhoe Bibimbap ($26) Korean-style beef tartare rice bowl The beef was incredibly fresh and bouncy - they give you SO much! We finished the rice but still had beef left š Comes with various veggies and you can choose between gochujang or soy sauce š„£ Beef Soondubu ($19 lunch/$20 dinner) Spicy beef soft tofu stew with raw egg The tofu is unbelievably silky Generous portion of sweet bulgogi-marinated beef The broth is rich and authentic - perfect with rice! š Nutritious Kettle Pot Rice ($7) Mixed grains with quinoa, ginkgo nuts, edamame and mushrooms Lightly seasoned with a delicate, comforting flavor š¦ Complimentary Tofu Ice Cream The only meh part - lacked tofu flavor and was pretty bland š° Under $30pp (unless you order short ribs) For such an upscale-looking place, the prices are surprisingly reasonable! Portions are huge - most people will be stuffed under $30. Every dish shows thoughtful preparation that highlights the ingredients' natural flavors.
