🏝️🌍 One-Stop Travel Guide to Mui Ne, Vietnam

Mui Ne, once a secluded beach, now boasts a long strip of resorts along its coastline. It's currently the adventure sports capital of southern Vietnam. From October to April of the following year, it's the prime season for kitesurfing and windsurfing. 🚍 How to Get There Buses, trains, and private cars are available from Ho Chi Minh City. Recommended is the futa bus with free hotel pick-up service. The ticket price is around 180k if I remember correctly. A 9-seater private car is 250k per person. Trains are not recommended due to higher fares and the need to transfer upon arrival, which is more troublesome. 🏨 Accommodation Area The resort strip marked by a red circle in Figure 2. It's not recommended to stay too far away as it's inconvenient for dining and shopping. The western end of the resort strip starts at the largest beach, the eastern end ends at Mui Ne fishing village and Red Sand Dune, and in between is the market. Each has its advantages with plenty of choices. 🦐🥭 Specialties Both seafood and fruits are fresh, and durian is also available. 🌄 Attractions at a Glance 🌈 Fairy Stream Hidden in the dense forest, Fairy Stream is characterized by red sand clay stream terrain. The stream flows down from a height, mixed with red sand clay from the ground, and by the time it reaches the valley floor, the water is also tinged red. The stream is shallow, only ankle-deep, with very fine sand. Walking barefoot in the stream feels very cool and comfortable, like a massage. 🏖️ Mui Ne Beach This beach is known for its approximately 50-kilometer long coastline, characterized by coconut winds and waves, and fine sand quality. There are relatively few tourists here, so it maintains a peaceful and pristine atmosphere. The water clarity is average. The monsoon season has larger waves, making it an ideal spot for kitesurfing. 🏜️ Red Sand Dune Red sand particles gradually accumulate to form these spectacular dunes. Amazingly, dense tropical vegetation grows here, creating a beautiful picture. It's also suitable for watching sunrises and sunsets. Sandboarding is available for rent here at 30k per board with no time limit. Be sure to keep an eye on your belongings while playing. 🐟 Fishing Village This is where fishing boats dock. At sunset, hundreds of fishing boats are gradually painted gold by the setting sun, which is very spectacular. There are a few stalls on the beach selling live seafood. You can buy them and have them processed. Lobster, crab, shrimp, and shellfish are all good choices. Bargaining is possible for bulk purchases. 🏞️ White Sand Dune The scale of the White Sand Dune is much larger than the Red Sand Dune, but it's farther from the city center and requires a taxi fare of 40w. It's a place with a beach on one side and the sea on the other. There is no entrance fee, but renting a jeep to the top of the dune costs 80w per vehicle, which is quite expensive. After entering, there are two routes: going left leads to the water's edge, and going right leads to the top of the dune. 🌅 Bãi đá Ông Địa (Ocean Rockscape) The largest beach with a gentle slope. The water quality is fair, and it's a good spot to watch the sunset. Many people surf here. #MuiNe #Vietnam #VietnamTravel #TravelTheWorld #VietnamMuiNe #Tourism #Travel #MyDragonYearNewTravelogue #OverseasTravel #StartTheNewYearWithATrip
