🗼🍽️ Paris Gastronomy | A Century-Old French Restaurant

Yesterday, I went to this restaurant with friends for lunch, and it was a random choice, but it turned out to be a delightful surprise! The entire establishment has a lot of class, with an open-air center, and guests are seated on the 2nd and 3rd floors where you can see the blue sky and green plants! It's truly the perfect spot for both dates and business meetings! As soon as you enter, you're greeted with amuse-bouches: crispy baguettes with black truffle mushroom sauce and salami, which pair perfectly with cocktails! 🥖 Appetizers: We ordered their signature snails and beef marrow. The snails were quite standard for French cuisine, firm ,with butter and garlic flavors, and they went really well with the baguette. The beef marrow was particularly special; it was not fishy or greasy at all. A sprinkle of coarse salt and spread on bread was simply delicious, with a rich, creamy taste! 🥩 Main Courses: We had grilled fish, roasted beef, and confit duck. The most impressive was the confit duck, which was tender and juicy with a crispy, caramelized exterior—it was the best of the night. The steak was also good, tender and fresh. For fish, I'd recommend the sea bass, which was excellent. 🍮 Dessert: We had the classic puff pastry with ice cream, rich dark chocolate combined with vanilla ice cream, and the crispiness of the puff pastry was not overly sweet, making it irresistible! 🍹 Beverages: Definitely try their cocktails; they're superb. Highly recommend the basil smash, with fresh lemon, garnished with basil leaves, and topped with sparkling water, it's a sweet and sour delight that no girl could refuse! They also have a non-alcoholic berry cocktail, which is fantastic! This place is really suitable for birthday celebrations, dates, and gatherings. Although the prices are slightly higher, with an average of around 30 euros per person, the overall quality, ambiance, and service are excellent! It's a restaurant I would definitely revisit. #ProudlyPromoteLocalCuisine #CapturingTheMoment #ThisTemplateHasSomething #FrenchCuisine #RestaurantRecommendation #HiddenGemRestaurantShare #AtmosphereRestaurant #ParisFoodExploration #ParisGastronomy
