Better decor and performances 🎶 2️⃣ Day 2: Vienna 🏰 Schönbrunn Palace One of Vienna’s top attractions — the exterior rivals Versailles! Inside, you’ll glimpse the luxurious lives of royalty 👑 ⛪ St. Stephen's Cathedral An iconic spire in the city center. Climb the tower for panoramic views or enjoy a concert inside 🎵 3️⃣ Day 3: St. Wolfgang im Salzkammergut 🌲 Kalvarienbergweg Filming location of The Sound of Music 🎬 Perfect for lakeside walks and countryside trails — so peaceful! 4️⃣ Day 4: St. Wolfgang → Hallstatt 🏞️ Hallstatt One of the world’s most beautiful towns — the poster child of Austria! Small and charming; you can explore it in half a day. Best light in the morning 📸 5️⃣ Day 5: Mayrhofen ⛷️ A popular ski town! We stayed here to prep for hiking the next day. Lovely place for a relaxed stroll. 6️⃣ Day 6: Mayrhofen 🥾 Speicher Schlegeis Hikers will love this spot! Some steep sections, but overall moderate difficulty.
