🇦🇹 Austria Travel Guide: Vienna Without Vienna Pass (VP)

St. Stephen’s Cathedral ⛪️ Vienna’s most important church. Free entry, but visiting the interior including the North and South Towers requires a ticket. Full access: Adult €25, Child €7 South Tower only: Adult €7, Child €2.5 North Tower only: Adult €6.5, Child €2 📍Graben Street 🛍️ A famous pedestrian shopping street in Vienna, lined with luxury brands, boutiques, open-air restaurants, and cafés. 📍St. Peter’s Catholic Church ⛪️ An ancient Baroque-style Roman Catholic church in Vienna. The exterior appears modest, but the interior is stunning. Free entry. 📍Jesuit Church ⛪️ Also known as the University Church, this double-towered church may look plain outside but is extraordinarily ornate inside. Free to enter. 📍Anker Clock A famous large musical clock and one of the most iconic works of the Art Nouveau movement, located on a bridge between two buildings. 📍Alt & Neu Record Store 💿 A filming location from Before Sunrise—a must-visit for movie fans. Open from 1 PM to 6 PM. Buy a €10 tote bag and get a free CD or vinyl record—a unique souvenir or collectible. The staff may ask if you’re visiting because of the movie and might even play the theme song for you! The store is small and can get hot and crowded during busy times. Snap some photos and enjoy the vibe. 📍Austrian Parliament Home to Austria’s two parliamentary chambers, designed in ancient Greek architectural style. Tours available by appointment. 📍Vienna City Hall A Neo-Gothic building that serves as the seat of Vienna’s city government. It hosts the Vienna New Year’s Concert and Ball—a high-society event. 📍Naschmarkt Vienna’s largest market, which transforms into the city’s biggest flea market on weekends. Sells fruits, vegetables, dried nuts, spices, and souvenirs. Many vendors are of Middle Eastern or Turkish origin. Prices tend to be high, and some sellers can be pushy. Not really worth a special trip in my opinion. #TravelForExperience #Austria #AustriaTravel #Vienna #ViennaTravel #OverseasTravel #Tourism #BeforeSunrise
