Finally made it to Australia during the Mid-Autumn holiday! 🎑 With limited time, I focused solely on Sydney—and was blessed with perfect weather every day! Here’s my recap and tips. 🗺️ Itinerary Highlights Day1⃣️: Sydney Harbour + Taronga Zoo Arrived early after a long flight, so kept it chill. Taronga Zoo was bigger than expected! 🦘🐨 Pro tip: Animal activity depends on luck—some were napping! Day2⃣️: Free Attractions Marathon! Sydney Uni (Harry Potter vibes!) → Hyde Park → Australian Museum → St Mary’s Cathedral → Art Gallery of NSW → Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair (sunset spot!) → Darling Harbour Fireworks (Saturdays only!) → Chinatown 🎆 Transport hack: Bus to Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair (runs AM/PM only)—otherwise, prepare to walk back at night! Day3⃣️: Shop + Sail QVB (gorgeous architecture!) → Town Hall → The Rocks Market (weekend-only! 🛍️) → Royal Botanic Garden → Night Harbour Cruise (F4 ferry from Circular Quay Wharf 5—book the sunset slot for day + night views!).
