🌧️ Medieval Magic, Rain Included Arrived at historic center as dusk fell + drizzle began = instant Hogwarts-at-night vibes 🏰✨. Got hypnotized by wet cobblestones for 30 mins (no regrets). Climbed every tower & belfry possible (views = 100% worth it). Stared at "The Mystic Lamb" (world’s first oil painting 👀)—actual divine art. Missed Gravensteen Castle closing time… but pretended I toured it (shhh). 🍟 Food Wins Michelin-star-worthy beef stew fries = mind-blowing 🤯. Ghent stew (aka waterzooi) = creamy, herby, unexpectedly addictive. Verdict: Ghent’s gothic-meets-whimsy charm hit harder than Butterbeer.
