🇧🇷 A Week of Food Adventures in Curitiba, Brazil!

From Brazilian sushi to sizzling churrasco, here’s my delicious (and salty!) journey through southern Brazil’s food scene. 1️⃣ Brazilian-Japanese Sushi 🍣 Southern Brazil has a big Japanese community, so fusion sushi is everywhere! Tried Maru (all-you-can-eat), where sushi rolls come stuffed with cheese (…interesting?). Not quite authentic, but fun! 2️⃣ Peruvian Flavors 🇵🇪 Stayed at Novotel, where the Peruvian restaurant became our dinner spot. Loved the shrimp ceviche (a bit salty, but fresh & filling!). 3️⃣ "World’s Best Burger"? 🍔 Madero Brazil (Instagram-famous!) lives up to the hype—crispy bun, juicy beef patty, bacon-dusted fries. Lunch combo: R$70. Worth it! 4️⃣ CHURRASCO! 🥩🔥 Real Brazilian BBQ = meat overload! Waiters carve premium cuts at your table. Pro tip: Pace yourself—it’s a marathon, not a sprint! 🏃💨 Must-try dessert: Fried bananas. 5️⃣ Italian Comfort Food 🇮🇹 Curitiba’s Italian community means huge, affordable portions of pasta, beef, and fish. Felt like home (but cheaper!). 9️⃣ Manner Coffee ☕ A Japanese-Brazilian coffee brand born in Curitiba! Minimalist design + top-tier beans. Now going global—proof that good ideas brew everywhere. 🇧🇷 Brazilian Food Truths: Salty AF (even office cafeteria food!). Beef = king (high quality, great prices). Desserts = sugar bombs (pair with strong coffee!). Result? A happy food coma (and maybe 2kg heavier). 😂 #BrazilEats #Churrasco #FoodieTravel #Curitiba #LatinFlavors
