Day 2 in Salvador turned into an unplanned surf adventure—thanks to my 64-year-old surf instructor/guide! Since Bahia’s beaches rival Rio’s (with warmer water!) and absolutely crush China’s Dapeng/Huizhou, I said "Let’s go!" 🏄♂️ 🌴 Stella Maris Beach (Top 2 in Bahia!) 📍 Bahia = Brazil’s BEST beach state 🏖️ 🌊 Waves like Hollister ads—endless, powerful, and way fiercer than the Caribbean or Shenzhen’s beaches! 💦 Got waterboarded by the Atlantic, tumbling like a ragdoll. Never stood up, but the thrill? UNREAL. 🔥 Surf Philosophy from a Legend My silver-haired coach dropped wisdom: "To ride a wave, you must charge deeper into the ocean—fearless, arrogant even. Believe you can conquer the sea."
