๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ Xiโ€™an Famous Foods โ€“ So Good! ๐Ÿฅขโœจ

Iโ€™d heard about this popular chain and had been wanting to try it for a while. While on a work trip to Newark, I found out there was a location near the PATH station and made sure to stop by. I arrived around 1 PM, and it was packed โ€” in fact, it stayed busy the whole time I was there! ๐Ÿ˜ฒ I was a little worried about finding a seat, but honestly, everyone was really respectful โ€” they ate quickly and moved on ๐Ÿœโšก. Plus, people really followed the sign that said: โ€œNo host or busser โ€” please clean up after yourself.โ€ The place was spotless! ๐Ÿงผ๐Ÿ‘ I ordered using one of their self-service kiosks and waited about 15 minutes for my food. The kitchen is open, so you can see them hustling in the back โ€” they were seriously on the move! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ But thatโ€™s part of the lively vibe! The food was truly amazing โ€” the flavors were incredible!! ๐Ÿฅ’ The cucumber salad might be the best Iโ€™ve ever had, mostly thanks to that insanely good chili oil, but the fresh smashed cucumbers were fantastic too. I tried the Spicy Cumin Lamb Hand-Ripped Noodles โ€” absolutely delicious! The noodles were great, though super long and a little tricky to eat without diving face-first into the bowl ๐Ÿ˜…. My only small issue was that some pieces of lamb had thick fat/connective tissue and not much meat โ€” so I ended up leaving a few bits. But the sauce and noodles? I was obsessed! ๐Ÿ’– If I go back โ€” and I definitely will โ€” Iโ€™d order the lamb prepared the same way. I thought the prices were fair, portions were solid, and the flavor was top-tier. Iโ€™ll be back for sure! ๐Ÿฅก๐ŸŽ‰ #XianFamousFoods #ChineseFood #NYCEats #HandPulledNoodles #SpicyCuminLamb
