🇨🇿 Prague Food & Drink Guide 🍖 | A Meat Lover's Utopia
🍝 Restaurant 1: V Zátiší We found V Kolkovně online—a highly-rated hotspot in Prague. We walked in without a reservation, and the place wasn’t too crowded. The atmosphere was authentically "Prague." 🍖 Grilled Pork Ribs: Coated in BBQ sauce, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside—absolutely delicious! A must-order. 🍗 Mixed Grill Platter: Perfect for indecisive eaters! The roasted duck was exceptional—crispy skin and flavorful meat. We asked for Tabasco sauce to spice it up 🌶️. 🍺 Pilsner Beer (Light): Refreshing and crisp with a malty aroma—great for cutting through the richness of the meat. The service was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable. 😊 🌭 Old Town Square Snacks Right by the Astronomical Clock, I tried a grilled sausage with bread for lunch. The sausage was slightly charred and packed with flavor 🥖. Mustard helped balance the richness. I missed the nearby grilled meat patty stall—wish I’d seen it! Sitting on a bench in the square, basking in the golden sunlight, eating my sausage—it felt like a fairy tale 🏰✨. Unforgettable! 🥘 Restaurant 2: Pork’s A highly recommended spot near Charles Bridge—just a few minutes’ walk away. 🍲 Soup (forgot the name): Tangy and appetizing. 🍖 Pork Knuckle: Crispy skin, juicy meat. Served with sauerkraut and a mustard-like condiment. We added spicy sauce for extra flavor (extra charge). 🍺 Dark Beer: Rich and malty—bitter at first, with a sweet aftertaste. 🥖 Bread: They served a whole bag! Chewy and delicious—I even took some on the flight home ✈️. 😤 However, the service was and unprofessional, leaving us disappointed. We won’t be returning. 🍾 Stage Hotel Bar Ended the night with sparkling wine at the hotel bar—light and refreshing. I enjoyed two glasses and still wanted more! 🥂 #PragueFoodJourney #OldTownSquareEats #Prague #FoodieExperience #EuropeTravel #Food #GrilledMeat
