🇨🇿 Prague Food Review: Hits & Misses for Meat Lovers
In just two days in Prague, I had pork knuckle twice—Czech pork has no gamey smell at all, just pure deliciousness! 🐷✨ 1️⃣ Ribs of Prague - 1 Ribs & Pork Knuckle Restaurant 📍 Address: Melantrichova 5, 110 00 Staré Město, Czechia 🚶 Close to Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock. Mostly visited by local regulars, giving it a rugged, authentic vibe. 🍖 We ordered: Spicy Grilled Ribs (not actually spicy) Honey-Glazed Pork Knuckle – tender, flavorful, with a subtle sweetness. The skin was extremely crispy… almost too hard. My friend joked it hurt the roof of their mouth 😂 ⚠️ Note: The menu is all about meat, beer, and bread—no light veggie options. It can feel heavy after a while. 2️⃣ Restaurace Tiskárna Národní 📍 Address: Národní 364/39, 110 00 Staré Město, Czechia 🍽️ More refined ambiance and slightly pricier. Recommended: Pork Knuckle and Chicken Soup! The pork knuckle here had softer skin but thicker fat layers. The chicken soup was light and soothing—our Cantonese friend gave it a thumbs up! 👍 🐄🐇 Others tried steak and rabbit—decent but not the best value. 💡 Note: Servers may ask if you want to leave a tip. #CzechRepublic #Prague #Travel #FoodReview #MeatLover
