A friend who’s lived here for over a decade took us to this locally loved spot that’s truly hyped by Stuttgart residents. 🍺 Carls Brauhaus 📍 Stauffenbergstraße 1, 70173 Stuttgart (Right by Schlossplatz!) 📌 Better to book ahead — though note: no reservations Friday nights or Saturdays! 🐷 Pork Knuckle 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Tender, flavorful, not overly salty like some traditional German dishes. A must-try! 🍺 Beer I’m not much of a beer expert, so I’ll skip rating this one 😅… but the atmosphere definitely calls for one! 🥩 Steak 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My friend insisted we order it — she said it’s legendary. And she was right — so good! 🍝🧀 Handmade Cheese Noodles 🌟🌟🌟 The pasta is handmade, which is cool, but texture-wise it didn’t quite match up to what we’re used to.
